A Good Night's Sleep May Improve Memory
Many students try to study the whole night and not sleep before an exam. There are two separate studies show this may harm than good. The studies found that a good night's sleep may improve memory. Some students listened to the recording after a night of sleep, others were tested twelve hours after the training, with no sleep, and the students who slept understood the recording better. The reserch says that sleep has at least two effects on learning:one is to strengthen memories and protect them against interference, and the second is to recover memories that have been lost.

Reflection of "VOA"
Reflection:
After reading the "VOA" of 911 news, I feel a little sad, and it let me recall the movie "World Trade Center".I think this movie was a real story in New York, but I go to see it only for one reason : my favorite movie star "Nicolas Cage". I had watched his movies for a long long time, I like him a lot,no matter his facial expression, action or voice......etc.By the way, when I watched his movies,I could always find a sports car such as Ferrari in the movies.I heard that he is very rich, and he is a car collector, too. Now I will show you some pictures of "World Trade Center"
